🚀 Hiring: Senior Mainframe z/OS System Programmer / Mainframe Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior z/OS System Programmer to support enterprise Mainframe Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in z/OS System Programming, CICS, DB2, RACF, Sysplex/GDPS, Performance & Capacity Management, Automation, and ISV Product Support.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Installation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of z/OS environments
✅ Support hardware/software upgrades and regular maintenance (RSUs)
✅ Manage CICS, DB2, MQ, RACF, JES, USS, and ISV products
✅ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
✅ Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and optimization
✅ Implement backup/recovery strategies and ensure SLA compliance
✅ Support automation and monitoring solutions across the enterprise
✅ Participate in 24x7 production support and change management activities
