About the Opportunity:
The INTAKE & ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR serves as the initial contact for families seeking ABA therapy services. This role is critical in guiding families through the intake process, ensuring smooth onboarding and clear communication. The coordinator contributes directly to the organization’s mission by facilitating access to care and supporting operational goals related to client engagement and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for families inquiring about services
Manage 75 to 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily
Clearly explain therapy programs and intake procedures
Follow up to collect insurance details, documentation, and consents
Track intake progress in Salesforce and other systems
Meet and exceed goals for responsiveness, conversion rates, and completion
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles
Comfort working in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Results-oriented with a focus on goals and bonus achievements
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through skills
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus
Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$45,000 to $60,000 annual salary, based on experience
