Position: Senior Oracle ADF 14c Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle ADF 14c Developer responsible for leading the design, upgrade,
modernization, and development of enterprise applications utilizing Oracle Middleware technologies,
including Oracle ADF 14c, WebLogic 14c, and Oracle Cloud Platform services. The role focuses on
application modernization, migration from legacy middleware stacks, Maven-based build automation, JDK
upgrades, framework modernization, and integration with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will
possess deep expertise in Oracle ADF 14c, WebLogic Server 14c, Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies,
Maven, REST/SOAP integrations, Oracle databases, and enterprise middleware platforms. The candidate
will work independently and within distributed Agile teams, collaborating with business users, architects,
DBAs, infrastructure teams, and leadership to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute Oracle ADF 12c to ADF 14c application upgrade and modernization initiatives
• Perform WebLogic Server upgrades to WebLogic 14c, including domain migration, configuration
remediation, deployment validation, and performance tuning
• Migrate legacy Ant/OJDeploy build frameworks to Maven-based build and deployment pipelines
• Upgrade Java applications for compatibility with JDK 17/JDK 21, including dependency analysis and code
remediation
• Analyze product requirements and collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable
enterprise solutions
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF 14c and Java EE technologies
• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP-based integrations with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and other
enterprise platforms
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, integration, security, and performance issues across middleware
environments
• Perform dependency upgrades and remediation for third-party frameworks and libraries
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, vulnerability remediation, and middleware patching
requirements
• Support CI/CD initiatives and automate build, deployment, and testing processes
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release deployment activities
• Proactively identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Work independently and within distributed Agile teams while meeting project deliverables and timelines
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Oracle ADF 14c development, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Experience upgrading Oracle ADF applications from previous releases to ADF 14c
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ADF Business Components (ADF BC), ADF Faces, Task Flows, Data
Bindings, Security, and Deployment Architecture
• Experience deploying applications using Maven and ADF deployment frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server 14c administration and deployment
• Experience performing WebLogic upgrades, domain migration, security configuration, SSL certificate
implementations, and performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle Middleware infrastructure components and enterprise deployment architectures
• Strong expertise in Java SE 11/17/21
• Extensive experience with Java EE / Jakarta EE
