Job Description
We are looking for an Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The role requires a candidate who can work across both architecture and interior design, with a strong understanding of space planning, design detailing, materials, finishes, and execution coordination.
The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting projects from concept design to working drawings and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural and interior design drawings, presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, interior detailing, and design development.
Support working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution-related documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
Assist with site coordination to ensure architectural and interior design intent is maintained.
Prepare 3D views and presentation material as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture.
5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong interest and ability to work across both architecture and interiors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
Good design sense, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team and learn across project stages.
