At Searce, we're on the lookout for a Manager – Cloud Engineering who lives and breathes Google Cloud Platform — someone who can architect, lead, and deliver at scale while building and mentoring a high-performance engineering team.
🔵 What you'll do:
▸ Lead cloud infrastructure engagements with GCP as primary (AWS/Azure as secondary)
▸ Consult clients on on-prem to cloud migrations & cloud spend optimisation
▸ Define architecture, drive DevOps best practices & govern delivery quality
▸ Own Security, Risk & Compliance — IAM, network, regulatory frameworks
▸ Stay ahead of new-age GCP offerings & make clients adopt the best
✅ What we're looking for:
▸ 8–12 years of experience | 5–7 years hands-on cloud (GCP mandatory)
▸ Deep GCP expertise — GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Build, VPC & more
▸ GCP Professional Cloud Architect certified (strongly preferred)
▸ Strong in Terraform / IaC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability stacks
▸ People leader — someone who inspires, mentors & delivers
