Role Description
Develop, validate, and optimize NC programs using Siemens NX/CATAI CAM.
Create efficient machining strategies for new product introduction (NPI) and production components.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support machining trials, prove-outs, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of programming quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Siemens NX/CATIA CAM programming.
Strong proficiency in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining strategies.
Solid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, fixtures, and CNC manufacturing methods.
Experience in developing and optimizing NC programs for complex aerospace components.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing requirements.
Familiarity with Vericut simulation and NC verification is preferred.
Experience supporting shop-floor prove-out and process optimization activities.
