Role Definition:
We are looking for an experienced person, to work within our Demonstrator Team, with the ability to operate and instruct on a wide range of earthmoving equipment and applications based in our Malaga Demonstration and Learning Center (MDLC) in Southern Spain.
Responsibilities:
The following main job duties will be performed at both MDLC and mainly within our Europe, Africa, Middle East and CIS territorial responsibility, but not limited to:
• Demonstration and operation of the MDLC Fleet of machines.
• General support of all Customer and Dealer programs.
• Perform productivity studies.
• Attain and maintain operator skills to Caterpillar certification standard.
• Deliver operator machine training and application instruction.
• Support Sales training activities, demonstrating the features and benefits of Caterpillar products.
What You Will Have:
• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experiences within at least one or multiple Industries, such as Road Construction, Quarry or Mining.
• High level of operating skills on a wide range of machines.
• Minimum experience on grade control technology
• Exhibit a good knowledge of Caterpillar machines.
• Basic spoken and written English is essential, other European languages are an advantage.
• Minimum two years of technical further education.
• Strong team working, communication, listening and good computer skills are essential.
• Hold a current Heavy Goods Vehicle license an advantage.

Additional Information:
• Ability to travel on a worldwide basis, 15 to 30% of the time.
• When not travelling, this role is based at the Malaga Demonstration & Learning Center and requires regular office attendance.

Base Minimum Pay:
€47,904.00
Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
