Role Description
We are seeking a finance and risk professional to support credit risk modeling, liquidity analysis, and treasury systems. You will develop reliable analyses, maintain accurate data and reporting processes, and help teams understand financial exposures. The role involves working with risk, treasury, finance, technology, and audit stakeholders to strengthen decision-making and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor models used to assess borrower risk and credit portfolio performance.
Analyze credit exposure, repayment trends, portfolio concentrations, and changes in risk indicators.
Document model methodology, assumptions, limitations, and performance results for review and governance.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze liquidity positions under normal and stressed scenarios.
Monitor funding needs, liquidity trends, and potential shortfalls; communicate significant findings to treasury and risk teams.
Support treasury system configuration, data feeds, reporting processes, and integrations with other financial systems.
Reconcile data across source systems and investigate discrepancies that could affect models or reports.
Assist with system testing, process improvements, and the implementation of new reporting requirements.
Develop dashboards and reports that present risk exposures, liquidity measures, and treasury activity clearly.
Maintain documentation and controls that support internal review, audit, and applicable regulatory reporting.
Qualifications
Experience in credit risk analytics, liquidity risk, treasury operations, financial systems, or a closely related field.
Strong quantitative skills and a sound understanding of financial data, modeling, and risk measurement.
Familiarity with credit risk model development or monitoring, including portfolio analysis and model performance assessment.
Understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and stress testing.
Experience working with treasury management systems, financial reporting tools, or system integrations is an advantage.
Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets; experience with Python, R, or another analytical programming language is preferred.
Ability to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and maintain clear technical and process documentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to finance, risk, and technology stakeholders.
A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
