Cost Manager - Saudi National

Turner and Townsend are looking to recruit a Cost Manager, to support our Infrastructure team in Riyadh, working on a various types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site.

Role Overview:
To support the Cost Management team, taking responsibility for allocated tasks.
To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients, gain their trust and enhance our reputation.
To help us ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre-contract to construction completion.
Responsibilities:
Measurement of building works and/or Civil, structureal, archiectural and MEP works.
Taking personal responsibility for work produced.
Assisting the team to ensure accurate and timely production of information and reports.
Interfacing with team members in a professional manner.
A desire to progress your career to the next level.
Key Experience and Requirements:
Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector.
Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team.
Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment.
Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills.
Skills Required:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
Desire to obtain Professional membership i.e. MRICS.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Knowledge of CostX is an advantage.
