Your Team:

As a member of the BI Analysts Chapter, you will develop your skills alongside peers and rotate between squads based on business priorities – from operational-efficiency dashboards one sprint to marketing segmentation or product personalisation the next. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Support end-to-end onboarding of new retail clients, verifying documentation and completing KYC checks in line with policy and regulatory requirements. Act as a client-facing point of contact for client queries and complaints related to onboarding and KYC, resolving straightforward cases and escalating complex ones where needed. Identify exceptions and discrepancies in retail account opening processes and escalate to senior colleagues. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of KYC checks and client interactions.
What you’ll do:
Design and build intuitive Looker dashboards that enable data-driven decisions for business users across IG.
Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear, effective visualisation solutions.
Turn complex data into compelling, accessible data stories that drive action.
Customise dashboards using HTML and CSS to enhance the user experience.
Produce documentation and run training that helps business users self-serve their data needs.
Partner with analytics engineers to make effective use of the underlying data models.
Contribute to the development of AI agents, co-pilots, and automated insights that surface data directly to users.
What You'll Need:
Three or more years' experience in BI development, with strong expertise in dashboard creation.
Expert knowledge of Looker and LookML, or a comparable BI tool.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.
A strong understanding of data visualisation best practice and UX design principles.
A track record of translating complex data into clear stories and insights for non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements and manage delivery across multiple stakeholders.
