Salary: €35,000-40,000 DOE per annum, paid monthly

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our EMEA Supply Chain team, reporting directly to the Demand & Supply Chain Manager EMEA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials, products and customer orders flow efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting excellent service delivery.
Working within an international environment, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses and internal stakeholders to support purchasing, planning, inventory management and order fulfilment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate purchasing and material planning activities to support demand and inventory requirements.
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
Maintain accurate ERP master data, including supplier, product and purchasing information.
Monitor inventory levels and help maintain optimal stock availability across the business.
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, proactively managing supply issues and delivery performance.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to support efficient inbound and outbound material flows.
Support sales order processing and invoicing activities to ensure accurate and timely customer fulfilment.
Produce and analyse supply chain reports and KPIs to support operational performance and decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing, inventory and supply chain processes.

Requirements
1-3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transport Planning or a related function.
Experience working with ERP or supply chain management systems.
Experience managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
Strong understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze, report and manage data effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting international or multi-country supply chain operations is desirable.
