Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Hardware Engineer role based in Dibrugarh. The Computer Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and test computer hardware components and systems used in desktops, gaming PCs, laptops, and related devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit designs, evaluating electronics hardware performance, troubleshooting hardware issues, and optimizing configurations for stability and efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with technical and sales teams on product selection, performing hardware upgrades and repairs, and ensuring compatibility between devices, peripherals, and security products. The engineer will document technical findings, maintain hardware standards, and stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the company’s product offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and Computer Hardware for designing, assembling, and validating system components.
Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design for creating and reviewing electronic circuits and boards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware issues.
Working knowledge of PC architecture, peripheral interfaces, and common hardware troubleshooting tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, datasheets, and hardware documentation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Diploma or degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in computer hardware service, retail, or system integration is an advantage.
