📌 Job description:
We are looking for a Logik CPQ expert, not a generic CPQ expert.
It’s anyway not mandatory that experience was with Logik CPQ+Servicenow platform, it’s ok even if it was integrated with other BSS platforms (i.e.: Salesforce, Siebel, etc..)
🛠️ Your responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow SOMT ecosystem
• Manage and enhance product catalog structures and service offerings
• Support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and order orchestration workflows
• Implement and optimize order capture and order management functionalities
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including feature refinement and sprint delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects
• Ensure high-quality delivery within enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
💼 Profile:
At least 7 years of experience
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience implementing Logik CPQ (at least 1-2 years)
• Product Catalog configuration and Product Modeling
• Configuration of complex products, bundles and commercial offers
• Configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies and pricing logic
• Experience integrating Logik CPQ using Logik Open APIs (REST APIs)
• Experience troubleshooting Logik CPQ integrations
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams (including experience in features refinement into user stories)
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
• ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT)
• ServiceNow Product Catalog Management
• Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes
• Telecommunications industry experience/Telecommunications product catalog management
• Experience integrating Logik CPQ with ServiceNow
Certifications - Mandatory:
• ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow CAD – Certified Application Developer
Certifications - Preferred:
• SOMT Accreditation
• ServiceNow CIS certifications (or other relevant ServiceNow implementation certification)
ℹ️ Job details:
• Language skills: English (C1), English mandatory, German is a plus
• Location: Bern, Switzerland. 100% remote work from Switzerland with possibility to travel (could be 6-8 days per month)
• Seniority Level: Senior / Expert
