As a Site Risk Manager, you'll play a critical role in protecting our people, operations and future growth. You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental systems that help create a safe, compliant and high-performing manufacturing site. Working closely with site leadership, engineering teams, contractors and regulatory bodies, you'll influence how safety is embedded into everyday decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and strengthen health, safety and environmental management systems that support safe, compliant and sustainable operations.
Drive continuous improvement in site safety performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying risks and turning insight into action.
Partner with operational and engineering teams to ensure safe execution of routine and non-routine activities across the site.
Deliver HSE projects that improve workplace safety, environmental performance and operational resilience.
Build strong contractor management and compliance practices that support consistent safety standards across all site activities.
Develop and inspire networks of fire marshals, first aiders and safety champions, helping to embed a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Science, Engineering, Risk Management or a related discipline.
NEBOSH International Certificate in Health & Safety Management.
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
Membership of a recognised health and safety professional body.
Significant experience in health, safety, environmental or risk management, including leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of management systems, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement approaches.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels of the organisation.
The ability to remain effective under pressure while driving high standards of compliance and performance.
