We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Compliance Officer to support the development and delivery of our organisation‑wide compliance framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem‑solving and working across multiple departments to help build a strong, future‑ready compliance culture.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the creation and maintenance of compliance policies, controls and documentation
Coordinating risk assessments, evidence collection and internal audits
Monitoring regulatory changes and helping assess their impact
Assisting supplier quality compliance checks
Assisting with compliance incident logging, investigations and reporting
Working closely with multiple departments to embed compliance across the business
What we’re looking for
Experience in compliance, risk, audit, quality or a regulated environment
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Able to analyse information, spot gaps and follow actions through
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements
Curious, proactive and eager to learn
