Job Description - Junior Architect
Location : Hyderabad
Experience - 3+yrs
CTC - 5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, reports, etc.
2. To assist in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making illustrations/ sketches preliminary to the preparation of presentation.
3. To review construction drawings to ensure they meet building codes and regulations.
4. To Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software programs.
5. To assist in preparation of design development drawings, statutory drawings, approvals drawings, GFC’s, etc.
6. To assist in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
7. To reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by consultant architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
8. Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
9. Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
Qualifications:
1. B.Arch is mandatory
2. LEED / IGBC certification will be an added advantage
3. Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
4. Strong communication skills
