Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and animated visual content for digital and print campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives. The motion graphic designer will collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to translate brand strategies into compelling motion-based visuals. Daily tasks include developing storyboards, designing graphics and assets, animating text and imagery, editing video content, and preparing files for various platforms and formats. The role also requires maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables, meeting project deadlines, and continuously exploring new styles, tools, and visual trends to enhance Abcon’s creative output.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create dynamic and engaging visual stories.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing video content for digital platforms.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for branding, marketing materials, and social media content.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Danvinci/AI tools).
Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and graphic design projects relevant to branding and marketing.
Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Professional experience in an agency or creative studio is an advantage.
