Job Description
Define and maintain squad vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into prioritized backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Design, define and develop products that covers P&L and product backlog priority
Make business decisions on feature prioritization to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the squad to ensure clear requirements, alignment, and timely decision-making.
Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes, ensuring realization of intended business value.
Monitor business performance, customer feedback, and product outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Development, Project Delivery, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of backlog management, requirement gathering, user story definition, and Scrum practices. Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or technology-driven organizations is preferred.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Prior experience or business knowledge in Collection & Recovery, Retail Lending, Wealth Management, Banking, FinTech, or Digital Platform businesses will be highly advantageous.
