Job Description
Analyze the overall business environment, division, group, or line of business's business requirements, objectives, and needs Use systems and data to address business problems in the most efficient and productive way possible
Perform analyses of the business requirements, objectives, and needs of the general business environment, division, group or line of business
Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner
Identify and implement best practices and suggests recommendations
Provide developers with clear and unambiguous requirements specifications to enable them to produce quality software
Assist test analysts to verify the functionality of the system as requirement specifications
Ensure that project quality goals are met and test results are updated in provided tools
Record and track team risks and issues and change logs, ensuring accurate information is maintained. Create risk mitigation strategies as required
Establish an effective working relationship with our offshore development centers
Job Qualifications :
Experience 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst or related
Experience in Financial Services or Digital Banking, Collection & Recovery, Retail Lending, Wealth Management will be highly advantageous.
Able to convert business needs into clear technical specifications
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Analytical thinking, systems problem solving, collaborative mindset, adaptability, fast learner
Ability to work effectively in Agile environments, facilitating requirement discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
