About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive product development, manage the product backlog, and work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile/Scrum expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Use RICE or similar prioritization frameworks to support product decisions.
Participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify and help resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies affecting delivery.
Track sprint and product progress and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, team collaboration, and Agile best practices.
Support the development team in delivering high-quality product outcomes.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Agile Project Management, or related roles.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working closely with engineering/development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good to Have
CSM / PSM certification
PMP certification
Experience with RICE or other structured prioritization frameworks.

Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA
