Associate Director, Medical Affairs Congress Strategy

This role will lead the development and execution of integrated congress strategies across multiple cardiovascular programs. You will maximize the scientific, educational, and strategic value of major medical congresses through thoughtful planning, evidence dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and insight generation. The position spans the full congress lifecycle, from opportunity identification and scientific content planning through execution, insight capture, and post-congress analysis. You will work closely with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Clinical Development, Field Medical, Patient Advocacy, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications teams. The role also offers an opportunity to build scalable congress processes and strengthen omnichannel approaches as programs progress toward commercialization. This is a highly visible position suited to an experienced Medical Affairs professional with strong strategic, project leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
