This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Accountant I based in United States.
This role supports core accounting and finance activities within a securities-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely execution. You will contribute to the monthly close process, account reconciliations, journal entries, cash activity, and financial reporting. The position provides broad exposure to general ledger operations, receivables, intercompany accounting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with accounting managers and cross-functional teams to investigate transactions, prepare supporting documentation, and resolve discrepancies. The role also includes assisting with audits, tax reporting, and special accounting projects. It is well suited to an early-career accountant who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their technical accounting skills.
