2. About the Opportunity:
The CRM & Integration Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring predictable delivery of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform and its Azure-based integration layer connecting to ERP, webstore, and other systems. The role manages the delivery lifecycle, including intake, sizing, sequencing, forecasting, release coordination, and communication with stakeholders. It contributes by maintaining delivery reliability and minimizing risks associated with CRM and integration projects.
3. Responsibilities:
Manage intake, sizing, sequencing, and forecasting of the Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration backlog
Maintain a rolling delivery forecast and recommend work sequences
Lead communication and escalation regarding status, risks, and forecasts to stakeholders and IT leadership
Manage dependencies and coordinate cross-system sequencing with the ERP Project Manager
Oversee release management and environment coordination for CRM and integration components
Coordinate schedules and statements of work with CRM, integration, and product vendors
Administer Azure DevOps as the delivery system for CRM and integration work
Produce delivery reports and metrics to inform resourcing and capacity decisions
Coordinate production support and defect intake within delivery plans
Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integration services and complete professional development
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years in technology project delivery, with 3+ years leading CRM platform and integration delivery; Dynamics 365 experience preferred
Strong understanding of SaaS delivery lifecycles and ability to create reliable forecasts
Experience delivering custom solutions and packaged SaaS extensions
Working knowledge of Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) or similar middleware
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or equivalent planning and forecasting tools
Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, including escalation handling
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary Range (applicable to California): $115,000 to $143,750 annually. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, market conditions, candidate qualifications, and experience.
