About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer – Fresher/Intern to join our engineering team. You will work closely with senior developers to build, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products, solving technical problems, and learning modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
Build and integrate REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Work with MongoDB for data modelling, queries, and database operations.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Debug and resolve application issues and bugs.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.
Write basic unit/integration tests and help maintain application quality.
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams.
Learn and contribute to deployment, CI/CD, and cloud-based environments.
Required Skills
Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of:

MongoDB
REST APIs
HTML5 & CSS3
Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Bitbucket.
Understanding of JSON, HTTP methods, and API concepts.
Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have
Experience with React Hooks, Redux or Context API.
Basic knowledge of Mongoose.
Experience with Docker.
Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP.
Understanding of authentication such as JWT/OAuth.
Experience with any personal, college, or open-source project.
Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
