Product Director

Role Description The Product Director at Dar-Al-Masaar will lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across key offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This part-time, remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution from concept to launch. The Product Director will analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing product lifecycle management, guiding product managers and project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The role also involves communicating product plans to stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Strong product vision and Product Strategy skills, with experience defining and executing product roadmaps.
Proficiency in Product Management, including requirements definition, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated Team Leadership and Project Management abilities, including coordination of cross-functional teams.
Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, performance metrics, and customer insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
Experience working in remote, distributed environments with strong self-management and organizational skills.
Background in technology, SaaS, or related product-centric industries is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
