Hiring: Project Lead – Luxury Residential Project
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to lead the execution of a prestigious Luxury Bungalow / High-End Residential Project of approximately 1 Lakh Sq. Ft.
🔹 Experience: 15–25 years

🔹 Project Type: Luxury Residential / Villa / Bungalow / High-End Residence
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.
• Manage construction, consultants, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with international architects and design consultants.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, cost and safety standards.
• Manage coordination between architecture, structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Drive site execution and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Provide regular project updates to management and key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in large individual residences, luxury villas, bungalow projects, estate projects or high-value residential developments.
Candidates with experience limited only to large apartment/tower projects may not be suitable for this role.
