We are looking for a Core Business Partner / Co-Founder to join ChefCoat Biryani, a premium biryani brand built on the philosophy of Clean and transparent Biryani Brand.
ChefCoat Biryani is committed to:
• 100% Desi Ghee Biryani• No Palm Oil, No Preservatives, No Food Color• Freshly prepared batches for Lunch & Dinner• Exclusive ordering through our own App, Website & Call Center.
This is an equity-based founding role (with Minimum Investment of Rs. 5 Lacks) for someone passionate about building a strong food brand and scalable business.
Who We Are Looking For & Key Responsibilities:
The co-founder will play a multi-functional leadership role, contributing across:
CMO - Marketing and Brand Building.
COO – Operations - Build and streamline daily execution.
CFO - Financial Discipline - Ensure strong unit economics & scalability.
This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in day-to-day execution, decision-making, and growth strategy.
