Guidewire Tester Specialist (Guidewire)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Tester Specialist with strong experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite Testing to support a leading global insurance client, AXA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Guidewire applications, ensuring quality across policy administration, claims, and billing systems while working closely with business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Guidewire applications.
Validate Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Analyze requirements and identify test coverage for Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
Track, report, and manage defects using standard defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release validation activities.
Required Skills
5+ years of software testing experience with strong exposure to Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Hands-on experience in testing PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Strong knowledge of Insurance domain processes.
Experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Understanding of API and Web Service Testing.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Automation testing exposure using Selenium or equivalent tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
Guidewire certification is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
