Your Main Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities :
Manage and organize branch administrative functions, ensuring all financial documentation is accurately processed, securely stored, and accessible to authorized personnel in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Facilitate the flow of financial and operational information between branch offices and corporate functions, ensuring accurate and timely communication to keep all parties informed of necessary updates and changes.
Support project management tasks related to branch financial operations, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones to maintain efficiency and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Interact with field operations personnel, engineers, branch managers, and corporate executives to align administrative activities with broader strategic goals and resolve any administrative or operational issues.
Engage with suppliers and contractors for the procurement of office supplies and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
