Product Engineer

AI is changing how software is built. Writing code is becoming easier. But building the right thing, making good technical decisions, reviewing AI-generated code, understanding trade-offs, and taking a product from an idea to something that improves people's lives, that is still hard. We are looking for the next generation of developers who want to do exactly that. Not just coders / programmers, but builders with good engineering judgment & taste.
Someone who can take a problem, understand why it matters, think through the solution, build it, test it, improve it, and take complete ownership of the outcome.
What You'll Do
You will work across the entire product, from idea to production.
● Build full-stack features
● Design clean, modular, reusable and maintainable systems
● Work with event-driven systems across multiple platforms.
● Think about database design, APIs, performance, reliability and scalability
● Review and challenge AI-generated code instead of blindly accepting it
● Think about edge cases, failure scenarios and what happens at scale
What We Are Looking For
● Comfortable with React
● Comfortable with or willing to become productive quickly in Golang
● Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
