1. Senior Architect
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.Arch. / M.Arch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design, planning and project execution.
Prepare and review Concept, Schematic, Detailed and GFC drawings.
Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Interior and other consultants.
Manage client, consultant and site coordination.
Review drawings, resolve design issues and ensure timely deliverables.
Lead and guide junior architectural team members.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and project requirements.
Key Skills: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM preferred, Design Development, GFC Documentation, Coordination and Team Management.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare / Hospital / Institutional / Large-scale Projects.
2. Mid-Level Architect
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: B.Arch. / M.Arch.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections and details.
Prepare detailed and GFC drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with Structural, MEPF and other consultants.
Support senior architects in design development and project coordination.
Coordinate with site teams and resolve architectural execution issues.
Review drawings for accuracy and timely submission.
Assist in client and consultant coordination.
Key Skills: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM preferred, Working Drawings, GFC Documentation, Coordination and Site Support.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare / Institutional / Commercial Projects.
3. Junior Architect
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Arch.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in architectural planning and design development.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
Assist in preparation of GFC and working drawings.
Coordinate drawings with Structural and MEPF consultants.
Support senior architects in project documentation and submissions.
Assist with site visits, measurements and execution-related requirements.
Maintain drawings, revisions and project documentation.
Key Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit preferred, Architectural Drafting, Basic Construction Knowledge and Coordination.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare / Institutional Projects.
