Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework aligned to Medical Laboratory discipline
OR Certification as a BB, C, CG, CT, M, MB
OR meets AAB/AMT certification requirements.
Six months of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification at the technologist or medical/clinical lab scientist level from a nationally recognized agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT, ASM, AAB, AABB, ACS, or HEW).
