Senior Storyboard Artist

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with directors, writers, and the creative team to understand scripts and story objectives.
Create detailed storyboards and animatics that establish timing, camera angles, character poses, and overall composition.
Convey storytelling ideas visually with clarity and emotional impact.
Revise storyboards based on team feedback to align with production needs.
Ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity across sequences.
Work closely with the team to translate boards into production-ready scenes.
Specialized Skills & Software
Software: Ultimate mastery of Toon Boom Storyboard Pro (the definitive industry standard for episodic animation).
Asset Management: Understanding how to work within a modern animation pipeline (handling background layouts, prop designs, and character models).
Style Adaptability: The ability to seamlessly match the specific art style of the show, whether it is standard cartoon, anime-influenced, or highly stylized 3D.

Good to Have:
3 to 4 years of experience in animation or episodic content production
Experience working with remote teams
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
