2D Animator - Moho

We’re looking for a 2D Animator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in character-driven storytelling, understands the nuances of motion and emotion, and can bring characters to life with expressive animation and efficient rig setups.
Responsibilities:
Animation:
Animate high-quality 2D sequences that capture emotion, personality, and storytelling intent.
Work closely with the Director and Animation Lead to maintain visual and performance consistency across episodes.
Ensure smooth motion, strong timing, and appealing posing aligned with the show’s style.
Review, refine, and provide feedback on animation passes from junior artists.
Collaborate with layout and compositing teams to ensure seamless integration of animation in the final shot.
Troubleshoot and optimize rigs for better performance and usability.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in 2D animation and rigging for series or films.
Expertise in Moho
Strong understanding of animation principles — timing, spacing, weight, and acting.
Experience creating efficient and animator-friendly rigs.
Ability to guide and mentor junior artists while maintaining production quality and speed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience in long-form animated series production.
Familiarity with compositing basics and the overall animation pipeline.
Knowledge of rig scripting or automation workflows in Toon Boom Harmony.
Passion for storytelling, expressive animation, and team collaboration.
