YOUR ROLE
Leading project technically and responsible for project
Regular Interaction with end customer (internal / external) and managing queries technically.
Develop and maintain RTL for digital blocks taking full ownership of self and team code
Write and run simulations to verify design functionality
Debug functional issues and support integration
Collaborate with verification and physical design teams
Support synthesis, lint, and timing checks
Document design behavior, assumptions, and interfaces
Your Skills & Experiences
4 -12 years of RTL Design using Verilog / System Verilog experience
Digital electronics fundamentals
Simulation and debug using testbenches and waveform analysis
Synthesis awareness and basic knowledge of constraint-driven design along with timing closure
ASIC design flow
Protocol understanding (if applicable: ACI, UART, SPI, I3C, etc.)
EDA tools such as Lint, CDC, RDC - SpyGlass VC, Simulation - xcelium Synthesis, Power - Genus, Joules RTL coding - VS code SuperLint - Jasper Gold
Version control using GIT
Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..
English business proficiency
Soft Skills Required
Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good level of autonomy, methodology and rigor
Good team player with positive attitude
Self-motivated to find the solution on its own
