Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
N6/ NCV in Business Management or Commerce
The skills we need:
Strong attention to detail.
Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Solutions-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude; self-motivated and driven.
Adaptable and comfortable with learning and using new systems.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new software packages.
Willingness to learn new systems and expand knowledge in AI-related technologies
Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

Key responsibilities:
Supporting the division in all administrative functions linked to buying / order processing
Supporting the Buyer with all buying processes and checks.
Checking customer reviews, links and newsletters.
Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary.
Oversee day-to-day tasks such as managing stock levels, processing customer orders, handling stock classification, and addressing catalogue-related queries.
Possesses verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to pick up the phone and engage directly with stakeholders.
Be quick to react, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
Co-ordinating and liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and orders.
This is an 18-month contract
