About the Role
We're looking for a Senior MERN Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You'll work closely with designers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality, secure, and high-performing software.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Build responsive React frontends and robust RESTful APIs
Design and optimize MongoDB databases; integrate third-party APIs
Write clean, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
Debug and resolve performance and application issues
Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for collaborative development and deployment
Contribute to technical discussions, requirement analysis, and project planning
Requirements
3+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong hands-on skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and performance optimization
Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Good to Have
TypeScript, Redux (or similar state management)
AWS/Azure, Docker
Automated testing and Agile/Scrum experience
