Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Embedded Software Engineer at CB Khreschatyk. The Embedded Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain embedded software solutions that support the bank’s technology platforms and devices. Day-to-day tasks include developing new features, writing efficient and reliable code, debugging and resolving software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded systems with existing infrastructure. The role also involves reviewing technical specifications, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of software design and development practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software, with experience working on resource-constrained systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Software Design, including familiarity with common design patterns and development methodologies.
Candidates should possess solid Debugging skills, including the use of tools and techniques for diagnosing and fixing issues in embedded environments.
Relevant experience with C/C++ or similar languages, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and hardware–software integration is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and familiarity with financial or banking systems is a plus.
