Cube Collective is a Delhi-based architecture and interior design studio working across residential architecture, high-end interiors, and turnkey projects.
We work across the project lifecycle — from concept development and design detailing to drawings, site execution and final completion. Our team works closely across architecture, interiors, consultants, vendors and site teams to deliver thoughtfully designed, well-executed spaces.
We are looking for an Architect who is design-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable taking responsibility beyond just drawings.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
The Architect will be involved across different stages of projects, including design development, documentation, coordination and site execution.
You will be responsible for:
Developing architectural and interior design concepts
Preparing plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings
Developing and coordinating 3D models and design presentations
Translating design concepts into technically detailed and executable solutions
Coordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants
Visiting sites and coordinating with contractors, vendors and site teams
Reviewing site execution and ensuring design intent is maintained
Identifying design and execution issues and coordinating their resolution
Participating in client meetings and incorporating feedback
Coordinating drawings, material selections and project information across teams
Working within project timelines and maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
B.Arch degree from a recognised institution
2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
Familiarity with 3D visualisation tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, D5 or similar
Ability to produce clear, accurate and detailed working drawings
Good understanding of materials, construction methods and site execution
Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and vendors
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good design sensibility and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project timelines
Willingness to travel to project sites when required
You'll Be a Good Fit If
You enjoy being involved in a project from idea to execution, rather than working only on one part of the design process.
You should be comfortable moving between design discussions, drawings, 3D modelling, client coordination and site visits and should take ownership of your work.
Experience in high-end residential architecture or interiors will be an advantage.
