AI Engineer II, you are the architect of the agentic "central nervous system. " You will design complex multi-agent handoffs and build the simulation environments required to stress-test our AI against the real-world chaos of global logistics
Responsibilities:
Agentic Orchestration: Design durable, stateful workflows using Inngest Cloud to manage multi-step agent reasoning and auto-retries.
Logistics Simulations: Build simulation sandboxes to stress-test agents against synthetic volatility (e. g., port congestion and weather delays).
Advanced Evals: Architect custom evaluation frameworks to score complex reasoning tasks on Fargate Spot.
Human-in-the-Loop: Design trigger systems that allow agents to autonomously escalate exceptions to human operators when confidence scores drop.
Requirements:
Must Have Skills Inngest(or Temporal), AWS Fargate, AI Evaluation frameworks (DeepEval), and Infrastructure as Code.
Good Have Skills: Fine-tuning SLMs, Vector Database optimization, and Event-driven microservices.
Advanced degree in CS or proven track record architecting distributed systems.
Experience: 4-6+ years in Backend or AI Engineering.
