Hourly Rate: $30.84/hour (base rate), with opportunities for premium pay depending on load complexity

Local routes – Home Weekly
Average of 50–55 hours per week with guaranteed 10-hour daily minimums
Primarily flatbed, oversize, and specialized cargo projects
Operations focused across Texas, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri
What you need to succeed:
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for oversize heavy haul transportation.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in oversized heavy haul transportation.
Experience with permits, escorts, and oversize routing preferred
Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
Ability to handle irregular routes within the Midwest/Texas region while returning home weekly
