Role Description
We are looking for a Python / Agentic AI Software Engineer to help design and build backend services, AI agent workflows, data pipelines, and security analytics powering the Sentrilite platform.
You’ll work closely with the founder and engineering team on Python backend development, LLM integration, AI agents, tool calling, real-time event processing, rule engines, REST APIs, and security intelligence workflows.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and backend software development
Experience designing and developing REST APIs, backend services, and data-processing pipelines
Experience with databases, including schema design, querying, indexing, and optimization
Experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, or Agentic AI workflows
Understanding of prompt/context management, tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-step agent workflows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
