Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Data Analyst role is based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Business Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, producing reports and dashboards, and conducting statistical analyses to evaluate business performance. The role involves translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes. The analyst will also contribute to the design of analytical frameworks that support training and strategic consulting engagements.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analytics and data modeling, including experience with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Foundational knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and data sampling techniques.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Experience working with business intelligence or visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to data validation and quality assurance.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and adapt to changing business needs.
