Finance Business Controller (f/m/x)

Your Role
Act as key financial partner across project, commercial, and operational teams, by the financial steering of projects to ensure cost transparency and support commercial decisions. Global contact for selected operations and central functions.
Define and steer financial scope, milestones, and targets together with project management.
Prepare cost estimates and forecasts to enable decision-making and ensure financial transparency.
Monitor actuals vs. plan, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
Support and participate in commercial negotiations to align on project milestones and commercial coverage with customers.
Ensure and track invoicing and revenue realization.
Establish and align commercial and financial structures across stakeholders.
Drive resolution of commercial topics with customers in collaboration with relevant functions.
Define and structure scope, assumptions, cost structure, and pricing logic.
Evaluate profitability, risks, and financial impact of scenarios.
Integrate operational cost assumptions and target costing into evaluations.
Prepare clear, management-ready business cases to enable decision-making.
International controlling for selected operations or central functions.
Contribute to and steer parts oft he SBU budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze profitability drivers and deviations across projects and operations.
Provide decision-relevant insights and recommendations to management by identifying cost optimization potentials and drive implementation together with operational stakeholders.
Your Profile
Professional Certification University degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a related field.
At least 3 Years in controlling or related areas Experience in communicating with customers.
Strong analytical abilities with strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.
Very good (English) communication skills across various departments and hierarchy levels.
