Student Assistant - Manufacturing Support, Documentation and Digitalization

Do you have a flair for compliance and structure - and an interest in digital ways of working? We are looking for two Student Assistants to support manufacturing with a mix of documentation, compliance, and digital operations tasks.
You will help keep GMP documentation robust and up to date, while also supporting digital tools and workflows used in production. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across manufacturing and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalize batch documentation for manufacturing
Administer and follow up on logbooks
Update and maintain procedures (SOPs) and other GMP documents
Coordinate approval flows and follow up with stakeholders
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance
Support digital processes and tools (e.g., e-logs, forms, dashboards)
Perform basic data tasks (collection, quality checks, simple reporting)
Maintain user guides and work instructions for operational workflows
About you:
Enrolled in an educational program at a Danish educational institution (Preferably with an IT and/or digitalization focus)
Responsible, conscientious, and eager to learn in a regulated environment
Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset; willing to ask for help when in doubt
Service-minded with clear, proactive communication
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
Fluency in English is required
Flair for IT/digitalization and basic data skills (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Power BI) are a plus
Practicalities:
We expect the Student Assistants to work an average of 15 hours per week. We will be flexible and strive to plan around fitting in hours around your schedule of studies and in exam periods in the best possible way. Start date will be November.
Our office is located at the Manufacturing site in Hillerød, Denmark, which brings together a complete range of expertise, capabilities, and technologies to manufacture advanced biologics.
