The Manager of Marketing Website Operations will partner in the development and execution of marketing and brand strategy to acquire new and retain existing customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the customer-facing website to support customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and reinforce brand credibility.
Optimize website conversion performance to increase qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and strengthen return on digital marketing investments.
Support site reporting development and track marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify performance trends, and guide data-driven decisions.
Partner with Sales to improve customer and prospect experiences, strengthen lead handoffs, and increase conversion opportunities on the website .
Partner with Technology to build engaging digital experiences that improve usability, support campaign execution, and enhance the customer journey.
Partner with Creative to develop brand-aligned messaging and assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Support content strategy and execution to deliver relevant, consistent, and timely communications across digital channels.
Produce Reporting based around Web Analytics and User behavior.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of marketing experience in customer acquisition and retention.
2+ years of conversion rate optimization experience.
2+ years of content management experience.
Proven understanding of the customer journey and acquisition funnel.
