The objective is to help our team reliably use AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining engineering standards for correctness, security, maintainability, operational reliability, and cost.
Candidates should have experience moving beyond demonstrations or prompt experimentation. They should be able to show evidence of systems that were used by software engineers or integrated into real development workflows.
Relevant experience may include:
• Designing AI-assisted workflows for requirements, design, coding, testing, code review, documentation, deployment, or operational support
• Improving the reliability and consistency of model-generated code
• Establishing automated checks, evaluations, tests, and approval gates for AI-generated output
• Determining when work should be handled by one agent, multiple specialized agents, or conventional automation
• Diagnosing recurring problems in agent behavior and improving the workflow systematically
• Protecting source code, credentials, customer data, prompts, tools, and generated artifacts
• Designing how information is selected, stored, passed between workflow stages, and kept within model limits
• Measuring and managing latency, token consumption, model usage, and operating cost
• Working with engineers to integrate these capabilities into existing repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and governance processes
