Change Management Consultant

Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in organizational development, change management, communications, learning, and business administration related areas or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in dedicated change management, communications, or training roles at a large organization or management consulting firm
• Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills, especially in creating clear, succinct, user-friendly communications and content for both executives and staff
• Experienced in using software/tools to create/edit training content and self-paced videos (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Snagit, Video creation tools, SharePoint wiki, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledgeable and skilled in applying best practices for change management, communications, user training, and change adoption
• Experience in independently managing and leading projects and partnering with multiple business/technology partners
• Quick learner and proactive with strong technology/digital tools usage skills
• Preferred: Experience in Salesforce and Workday implementations
