Senior IS Technology Specialist for Print Services (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced IS Technology Specialist to join our team focused on enhancing print services. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Managed Print Services, particularly with LRS VPSX Enterprise, to optimize printer management and document workflows. You will engage with customers and stakeholders to customize solutions that align with business requirements while driving sustainability initiatives. This position allows for remote work and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
Your tasks
Managing and optimizing Managed Print Services solutions to streamline printer management and document workflows
Engaging with customers to customize Managed Print Service offerings according to their needs
Crafting and disseminating clear communications to keep stakeholders informed about service updates and enhancements
Driving service improvements through the adoption of new technologies like cloud printing
Monitoring sustainability metrics to align Managed Print Services with organizational environmental goals
Developing and executing communication campaigns to promote Managed Print Services and highlight their benefits
Staying updated on market trends and technological advancements in print management solutions
Supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of services related to IS
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service management and print services
Proficient experience with LRS VPSX Enterprise and Managed Print Services tools
Strong knowledge of Service and Operations Management principles
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and reporting platforms like Excel and Power BI
Ability to analyze business requirements and design efficient document management workflows
Fluent English
Nice to have
Experience in acceptance testing and systems integration
Knowledge of software configuration and application support
Familiarity with incident and problem management processes
