Entry-Level Analyst, Pulp & Paper

As an Entry-Level Analyst, you will work as part of a collaborative consulting team, develop valuable business and analytical skills, and contribute to meaningful client projects from day one.
What You'll Do
Support consulting projects for clients across the pulp, paper, packaging, and tissue sectors
Analyze market trends, industry data, costs, and financial information to help solve client challenges
Create presentations, reports, databases, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making
Assist with business strategy, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvement projects
Collaborate with colleagues across the United States and globally to deliver high-quality client solutions
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Continuously develop your technical, analytical, and consulting skills through mentorship and on-the-job learning
We're seeking motivated individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to build a career in consulting and industry advisory services.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, STEM, or a related field
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in consulting, manufacturing, forest products, sustainability, or the pulp and paper industry
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team
Experience through internships, co-ops, research projects, or relevant coursework is beneficial but not required
Additional language skills or programming experience are a plus
